Patient Instructions for appointments on Zoom
- Open the app store on your smart phone (Android/iPhone)
- Download the “Zoom” app – the app is blue and white, looks like a camera
- Open the “Zoom” app
- In the blue box at the bottom, choose “Join Meeting”
- This will send you to a different screen to add a “Meeting ID”
- This “ID Number” will be given to you by a staff member
- Add the “ID Number”
- Tap on “Join” on the blue box
- Make sure you “Allow” your camera and mic to be turned on
