OUR SERVICES

Outpatient Mental Health

Our physicians, nurses, therapists, and case managers work together to deliver a structured, tailored plan for each patient.  Therapists begin by using evidence-based techniques to design a diagnostic treatment plan.  Physicians confirm or supplement the diagnosis and begin medication treatment if needed.  Nurses implement the physician’s treatment plan, and case managers coordinate treatment, eliminate barriers, and link the patient to improvement.

Our programs are designed to treat children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Outpatient Alcohol & Drug Abuse

We approach our substance abuse with a similar team.  Our therapists, however, add ASAM criteria to stratify level of care.  The recovery process has several phases: each one with its unique set of treatment options and expectations.

Judicial Services

We work with courts, probation officers, correctional facilities, and law enforcement to provide outpatient treatment options and court liaison services.

Peer support specialists

Primary Care

We offer primary care and family medicine for the whole family.  This includes routine well visits, urgent sick visits, and preventative care.

School-Based Programming

In some cases, our treatment is in conjunction with a school, where children can receive mental health and drug addiction services while remaining in an academic environment.  Our program limits classroom disruption and helps foster communication with their school staff so that a child can succeed in his learning environment.

Sober Living Home

Our sober living homes are private recovery homes where patients receive subsidized housing while undergoing recovery treatment.

Community-Based Programs

In many cases, services may be justified at a non-office setting.  In such cases, our staff work with the location to develop tailored programs for its participants.
