We offer Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services that create a continuum of care for our patients. Our highly skilled professionals utilize the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) criteria to assess and apply the best level of care for each patient. We begin your care with a personalized assessment, designed to find the right treatment for you. We treat many different types of substance misuse and offer treatment options that best fit each individual’s needs.
Who We Treat
We provide medication-assisted treatment for children, adolescents and adults. Our services are available for children as young as 10 years of age.
Conditions We Specialize In
Alcohol Use Disorder is characterized by an inability to control or stop alcohol consumption, even when it leads to negative social, occupational or health consequences. It is a chronic disease that can vary in severity from mild to severe.
Opioid Use Disorder involves the compulsive use of opioids, significantly impacting physical, mental and emotional well-being as well as daily life. It can involve prescription pain medications like oxycodone and morphine, synthetic opioids like fentanyl, or illegal drugs like heroin.
We also provide treatment for other substance misuse, such as cocaine and methamphetamines.
Types of Treatment We Offer
Medication-Assisted Treatment
Our experienced medical staff specialize in substance use disorders and offer FDA-approved medications, counseling, and other clinically appropriate options. Our medical providers also assist with medication maintenance, combining it with comprehensive addiction and mental health treatment to support your recovery journey.
Buprenorphine with naloxone, commonly known as Suboxone, alleviates opioid withdrawal symptoms and reduces cravings by binding to the same brain receptors as other opioids. This helps eliminate physical withdrawals, allowing patients to concentrate on their recovery.
Sublocade, an extended-release injectable form of buprenorphine, is administered monthly following an initial seven-day treatment with a buprenorphine-based medication. It releases medication gradually throughout the month.
Our Brixadi treatment offers an extended-release injectable form of buprenorphine for opioid use disorder. You can administer Brixadi once per week or once per month through various injection sites on the body.
We offer Vivitrol treatment, an FDA-approved injectable medication for opioid and alcohol addiction. Vivitrol binds to opioid receptors in the brain, blocking the effects of opioids and reducing cravings. This helps individuals focus on their recovery and treatment plans.
