Yes, we provide family therapy and support groups to help families and caregivers understand and support their loved ones through their mental health and recovery journey.

We accept a variety of insurance plans, including Aetna, Buckeye Health Plan, CareSource, Molina Healthcare, Optum United Healthcare, and Paramount Life & General Insurance. Please contact our treatment centers to verify if we accept your specific insurance provider.

Frequently Asked Questions about Appointments and Visits

You can make an appointment by requesting an appointment or calling our treatment centers directly. We also accept referrals from healthcare professionals. 

During your first visit, you will undergo a comprehensive evaluation to assess your needs. This includes discussing your medical history, current symptoms, and any previous treatments. 

Yes, we offer telemedicine services for current patients who prefer virtual appointments or are unable to visit our office in person after their first visit. This service is available based on the recommendations of the clinician or provider.  

For medication refills, please contact our treatment centers directly. We recommend calling at least a week before your medication runs out to ensure timely processing.

In case of a mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. You can also contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255 for immediate assistance.
